My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were as good as ever, with a wonderful selection of foods and drinks at the Veranda breakfast restaurant. The rooms are particularly well designed, most of them enjoying a balcony. However, there was little facility to make tea in the room, which was a bit of a downside. The service was top-notch, especially in the two restaurants. The location is second to none, in the beautiful Evian les Bains, offering great views and amazing French hospitality. The dining experience was excellent, although slightly overpriced. The facilities were fantastic, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

The service, from the F&B manager to the extremely accommodating staff, was attentive and nice all the time. The location is wonderful, with a splendid view of the lac and being at the heart of magnificent 47-acre grounds. The dining experience was sumptuous and well presented, among the best encountered during my luxury travels.
The hotel offers newly refurbished rooms of excellent quality, spacious with ample storage, and tastefully decorated. However, my room wasn't ready upon early arrival in the morning.
